Since 1976 the Opticon products
have continually proven themselves in markets around the world including Japan,
America, Europe, Australia and Asia, with it's headquarters in the Netherlands.
Barcodes have proven themselves in many industries.
Opticon's comprehensive barcode scanning range includes wand readers,
slit-readers, CCD led bars and laser engines. The many options of Opticon
products offers flexibility for getting the right scanning device for your
purposes: ergonomic design, integrated decoders, automatic symbology
discrimination, built in memory, several interfaces, IBM compatibility, high
speed scanning autotriggering, one hand data capture, solid technology,
different identification techniques, configuration or programmability.
Handy, small, lightweight and still robust is this programmable
handheld terminal. The small but clear display makes the PHL 1700 even
more comfortable in use. The laser beam will read the bar codes from
touch to 30cm distance. This terminal can be connected to other
equipment, like modem, RF-readers and printers. Also IrDA
communication is provided on the PHL 1700.
Powerful features like large display and more memory are combined
with the comfortable standards of the PHL series. The ergonomic
position of the IRDa interface is well suited for use with portable
printers. THe PHL 2700 is standard equipped with a barcode reader, but
can also be provided with radio frequency and can then be used as a
dual reader.
OPL 9723/25
The OPL-9723 barcode data collector
comes with three user definable buttons, LCD display, and a real-time
clock with data memory. The simple human interface offers mistake-free
operations.
An application program is easily made by using ANSI C programming
language.
The product is so small (125x42x19mm by dimensions and 85g by weight)
that it accompanies a user all the time.
The CRD-9723 is a communication and re-charging cradle for OPL-9723.
It interfaces to a host PC with RS-232C or RS-485.
The cost effective OPL 9725 is
identical to OPL 9723 but has no display
Wireless
data collection
Opticon makes you mobile
The portable
terminal is an ideal scanner for all applications where wireless data
collection is a must. One hand datacapture is possible, because all
operations, i.e. scanning, decoding, keyboard entry, processing and
communication are contained in one unit. Low power consumption enables
continuous working. For every model of the portable terminal a
communication station is available for data transmission and/or battery
charging.

Handheld laser scanner
OPL 6735
Autotriggering is the powerfull
feature of this small sized handheld scanner. With the autotrigger
stand Hands Free Scanning is very easy. The scanner will scan at touch
and varying distances, and is thus able to read varying bar code label
widths by just moving the scanner a bit further or closer to the
label.
Barcode scanner handheld laser gun
OPL 7736
The use of laser technology creates the ability
to scan from short to varying long distances. This also enables
the reading of varying barcode label widths by just moving the gun a
bit further or closer to the label. The weight and shape of the body
are comfortably designed for frequent daily use. Simply plug the
connector of the applicable interface into your computer. All popular
interfaces are available. The triggerkey below the scanhead has a
natural feel and is activated by a single push. The good read LED on
top of the scan head provides a clear indication during the scanning
operation.

Omni directional scanner
The
optical design of the pattern is created in such a way that good
detection of the barcode label is maintained in any focal plane within
the depth of field. Every barcode label is processed, quickly detected
by the several scanning lines. Scanning, decoding and sending the data
is completed in a fraction of a second. Simply plug the connector of
the applicable interface into your computer. All popular interfaces
are available. The footprint requires less space for placement on a
desk or counter. The weight and shape of the body are comfortably
designed and enable the user to pick up the scanner to reach bulkier
items.
Laser
scanning security
Opticon gives you
precision
The laser scanner
enables the user to scan the bar code at a distance through a powerful
laser beam. Laser is an acronym for Light Amplification by Stimulated
Emission of Radiation. A physical process which after focusing leads a
light beam with special properties. For bar code scanning a low energy,
safe laser beam is used.
Opticon’s laser scanners are always Class I, meaning Highest level of
Safety for the user.
