ELECTRONICS & TELECOMS INDUSTRY
Serial number, warranty and heat resistant labels.

We have a wide variety of solutions including cable markers,
small PBC and component labels
.

Our labels are:
  • DURAFLEX WHITE: Polyester has excellent dimentinal stability and service temperature to 150 degrees.
  • UL certified for use in electronic manufacture
  • Resistant to high temperatures for soldering processes
  • DURAFLEX ECONOMY: Economical polester for a long life cycle in challenging environments
  • UL certified for use in electronic manufacture
  • Resistant to high temperatures for soldering processes
  • DURAFLEX METALISED: UL certified for use in electronic manufacture
  • Resistant to high temperatures for soldering processes

  • DURAFLEX ULTRA HT: Polyimide film withstands intermittent heat up to 398 Degrees
  • Resistant to high temperatures for soldering processes
  • SECUREX DESTRUCT: Polyethylene with properties that allow easy destruction
  • SECURE SILVER VOID: Metabolised polyester film which becomes permanently non-functional after removal is attempted
  • Conformable for cable marking
  • Suitable for heat shrink cabling

Printed circuit boards and other high heat production processes place special demands on barcode labels. Some companies label circuit boards after soldering, but most need to track their complete production process with applied labels before high temperature soldering.

Conformance labeling typically identifies performance criteria and compliance marks for a specific product or system of products. Labeling and marking is required in compliance with governmental or private standards of performance regulations.

Manufacturing companies have problems with product recalls due to fraudulent warranty claims where labels are removed and replaced, without any defect to the product.
Warranty claims often include items damaged by heat or water.

Manufacturers need to effectively track their products through the supply chain requiring widely different substrates dependent on the stage of manufacture.

Examples include paper or film flexible adhesive-backed labels, metallic nameplates and permanent markings laser engraved or stamped directly on the product during the manufacturing process.

SOLUTION
Dynamic ID Systems offers solutions for all your labeling and barcoding needs and is supported by the best service team in the business.

Dynamic ID Solutions’ polyimide (also known as Kapton®) and other durable, yet cost-effective labels will withstand all rigorous manufacturing processes including soldering and cleaning, ranging as high as 1000°F (537°C) for some of our materials.

Dynamic ID Systems’ void and tamper evident labels ensure that tampering becomes evident, reducing false claims. Special inks printed on labels indicate water and heat exposure resulting in less fraudulent claims.
