PCB Seperators

For 15 years cab has developed and manufactured PCB Separators for the electronic industry.

At Dynamic ID we offer several different types of separators to suite your specific needs.

OFF-CUT REMOVERS

Hector2 or Hector3 with dust extractor:

	Hector separates milled PCB's carefully and fast
	The off-cut material is removed smoothly and precisely
	The matrix consists of two parts, which ensures easy and cost-saving change of blades
	Compressed air is used for the separation process, the operating pressure can be set from the machine
	When the foot switch is pressed, the off-cut is punched out.

Hector 4:

	The Hector 4 removes up to 20 tabs simultaneously in one step
	All tabs must be configured in the same direction, for PCBs with tabs at 90^oto each other, a second machine is needed
	The blades are factory set up for a customer specific PCB and cannot be adjusted thereafter
	The Hector 4 requires little maintenance and all tools are included with the machine.

PCB SEPARATORS

Maestro 2:

	Maestro 2 separates PCBs fast and economically
	The circular blades and guides made from special steel ensure a long service life
	The compact and stable aluminium frame requires only a minimum space
	The pre-scored grooves can be interrupted by cut-outs with a length of up to approximately 5mm
	The Maestro 2M is motorized and can have an optional slide table.

Maestro 3:

	Maestro 3 separates both small and large pre-scored PCBs
	The circular and linear blades made from special steel ensure a long service life
	The pre-scored grooves can be interrupted by any number of cut-outs
	If components project above the groove, the linear blade needs to be cut out (in such a case, please contact us).

Maestro 4M:

	Maestro 4m separates both small and large PCBs fast and economically
	To optimize operation, the separation length can be programmed with the control keys
	The pre-scored grooves can be interrupted by any number of cut-outs
	The circular and linear blades made from special steel ensure a long service life
	A conveyor belt for higher performance is optional.

Maestro 5M

	Maestro 5 is used most economically whenever large numbers of pre-scored PCBs need to be separated
	The well-arranged control panel ensures easy operation
	PCB panels with a maximum width of 457 mm can be separated by up to 14 circular blades simultaneously. Sensors are used to monitor the separation process
	The PCBs are placed either by hand or they are fed automatically by a loading station. The machine can also be installed in an assembly line. The SMEMA interface is the standard connection for this use
	The PCB Separator Maestro 5 can be adjusted to your PCB and your individual requirements.

Industry dust extractor:

While sawing, stamping and milling PCBs hazardous dust is set free. With our extraction device this dust will be absorbed according to EC health regulations.

In operation the Industry dust extractor and the PCB Separator are turned on together at the separator. The extraction force can be set on the machine.
